Do you work on a retainer basis?
We primarily work project-based. Once a project is complete, some clients choose a light maintenance arrangement — but we don't sell ongoing retainers upfront.
How quickly can you start?
Most projects start within 1–2 weeks of scoping. We keep our pipeline lean to ensure we give each client proper attention.
Are these prices fixed?
Starter and Studio tiers are fixed-scope. Systems projects are quoted based on the scope we define together — the starting price is a floor, not a cap.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We're based in the UAE but work with clients globally. All projects are managed remotely with regular async updates.
